We are seeking a detail-oriented Commissioning Coordinator to join our team. This role is office-based and focuses on overseeing commissioning activities, tracking progress, and ensuring accurate documentation. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam
, and experience in electrical or construction environments.
- Oversee and track commissioning activities using Excel and CXAlloy
. - Review NETA test reports and upload documentation into CXAlloy.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and keep schedules on track.
- Proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam (required).
- Familiarity with CXAlloy or similar commissioning software ().
- Electrical or construction background strongly .
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
