Location: West Cedar Rapids
EPI Power is seeking an experienced Energy Marshall (Electrical LOTO Coordinator) to support large-scale, mission-critical data center construction projects. This field-based role is responsible for overseeing and enforcing electrical Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), energy isolation, and energization programs during construction and commissioning.
Location:
Cedar Rapids, Iowa
- Lead and enforce electrical LOTO and energy isolation procedures
- Review Energy Isolation Plans, Energization Plans, JHAs, and electrical permits
- Audit and monitor electrical energy control during construction and commissioning
- Coordinate safe testing and operation of electrical and MEP systems
- Serve as the single point of authority for electrical energy control
- Train employees on electrical LOTO and energy isolation processes
- Maintain compliance with NFPA 70E, NEC, OSHA, and client requirements
- Communicate with project leadership, safety teams, and clients
- 10+ years of industrial or commercial electrical construction field experience (mission‑critical/Data Center preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, one-lines, and construction drawings
- Strong experience with switch gear, UPS systems, generators, and battery systems
- Strong communication skills with a safety-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
