A leading electric generation and energy provider is seeking a Plant Operations Supervisor to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of its power generation assets. The Plant Operations Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing daily plant operations while working closely with plant leadership, maintenance personnel, and project teams during an exciting period of growth and expansion.

• Supervise the day-to-day operation of a power generation facility, ensuring safe and reliable performance.
• Provide leadership and direction to plant operators and operations personnel.
• Support plant startup, shutdown, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and management teams to improve plant reliability and performance.
• Assist with operational planning and staffing initiatives.
• Participate in the development, construction, commissioning, and startup of a new generation facility.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Support outage planning and plant improvement projects.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent power generation experience will be considered.
• Prior experience working in a power plant environment required.
• Experience in combined cycle, simple cycle, coal, nuclear, or other thermal generation facilities strongly preferred.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or plant management experience required.
• Strong understanding of plant operations, safety practices, and operational procedures.
• Proven ability to lead teams and make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.
