Overview
An aerospace company is looking for a Tech Trainer with hands on experience in systems engineering or devops to join their team. You'll onboard engineers, review code, complete documentation, and train engineers on SDLC best practices. You'd also get to work on avionics products, continuing to stay hands on keyboard, while also teaching and mentoring others!
Location and EngagementThis role is 5 days on-site in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This is a contract to hire position.
ResponsibilitiesOnboard engineers, review code, complete documentation, and train engineers on SDLC best practices. Work on avionics products while remaining hands on keyboard and provide mentoring to others.
Required Skills & Experience- 2+ years of experience in software development, devops, or systems engineering
- Experience or strong desire to teach and mentor others
- Strong communication skills
