Job SummaryMission Systems Production Test Engineering is seeking a talented individual working toward a BSEE, BSCmptr
E, or BSSwE degree to serve as a Test Engineering Electrical Engineer. The role is onsite in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and involves troubleshooting hardware and software designs, developing test solutions, and ensuring test results are accurate, repeatable, and reliable.
- troubleshoot issues with hardware and software designs
- review existing hardware and software drawings
- create new hardware and software documents
- develop software used in test solutions
- verify test results are accurate, repeatable, and reliable
- analyze requirements for hardware/software design
- design hardware and develop software to meet test requirements
- integrate and test a test solution package
- document, review, and release a test solution package
- requires a bachelor’s degree and 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
- ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- software skills in C++ or C# are a plus
- prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
