Job Description
Principal Reliability Advisor in the corporate Reliability Technology Center. The role drives improvements in asset performance related to unscheduled losses, focusing on maintenance strategy development, defect elimination, and asset performance management. The candidate will collaborate with Maintenance Managers and business leaders across multiple sites to implement an enterprise‑wide reliability program, build analytical tools, optimize maintenance strategies, and embed a failure reporting and corrective action system.
The position requires travel to manufacturing facilities (≈30%).
- Serve as the subject matter expert on asset reliability processes and practices.
- Partner with regional RCM and performance excellence teams to eliminate defects and manage bad actors, reducing asset downtime.
- Analyze asset performance data and maintenance history to identify trends, predict failures, and support improvement plans.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to develop and refine preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
