What you will do:

Assist with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control
Support sales and business development through estimating, proposal preparation, and client communication
Coordinate subcontractors and monitor project progress and compliance
Attend site visits and meetings, track action items, and follow up as needed
Maintain accurate time and equipment records
Build and maintain strong client relationships

What you will need to be successful:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent experience
1-4 years of relevant experience in HVAC, sheet metal, or a related industry is highly preferred
Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in project management and office software
Ability to read technical drawings and understand construction methods
