IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, is seeking an Electrical Project Manager
- Data Center for work in Cedar Rapids, IA.

• Provides overall management in all phases of construction for Data Center electrical projects.
• Manages projects in a manner that exceeds our customers' expectations and ensures that our work adheres to NEC, company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements.
• Represents company in project meetings and strategy meetings.
• Manages the financial aspects of contracts to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintains good relationship with clients.
• Manages the project team to ensure that project delivery meets the expectations of the client as well as IES.
• Performs takeoffs and price change orders and project related quotes.
• Works closely with the management to ensure accurate tracking and financial reporting.
• Work required to be performed at the project site.
• Travel is required.

• 3 or more years' electrical construction project management experience in all phases of electrical projects $20-$100M
• Data Center experience is required.
• Proficient computer, communications (oral and written), and interpersonal skills.
• Detailed understanding of electrical estimating, budgeting, scheduling and project tracking.
• Detailed understanding of billing and financial reporting.
• Business knowledge of vendors in respective electrical construction industry.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test and MVR check.
