Role Overview

As a Controls Systems Engineering Leader, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for hardware, software, and network‑level commissioning across projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering cost‑effective engineering solutions.

• Effectively manage and prioritize the workload of the Systems Engineering Team, ensuring timely completion of engineering deliverables.
• Develop and communicate clear processes and standards, removing obstacles and streamlining workflows.
• Provide precise engineering cost estimates during the project development phase.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing processes, tools, and technologies.
• Offer advanced technical support for application challenges, leveraging expertise in application engineering.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and customers to foster trust and cohesive project execution.
• Lead the selection of controllers and devices to optimize installation costs and meet project specifications.
• Utilize financial and management reports to evaluate project success and inform decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, enhancing project development and execution.
• Maintain engineering excellence by maximizing reuse of proven designs and adhering to high‑quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least eight years of experience, ideally in HVAC and control programming.
• Proven leadership experience in supervising technical or engineering teams.
• In‑depth knowledge of accounting principles and cost management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in presenting technical information.

Salary Range: $91,200 – $130,000 (salary determined by education, experience, skills, and market data). The role also offers a competitive bonus plan based on individual, group, and corporate performance.
