Project Engineer, Quality Engineering

• Engineering initiatives to support the Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB) product portfolio
  .
• Driving product change management activities including material updates, supplier transitions, and production line transfers.
• Executing validation and verification testing to ensure compliance with engineering standards and design requirements.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with sourcing, manufacturing, and quality teams for smooth implementation of changes.

Must Have

Skills:

• Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical product engineering
• Experience with product lifecycle management and change control
• Exposure to materials (sheet metal, plastics, stamped parts, packaging)
• Knowledge of testing standards, validation & verification processes
• Ability to work with suppliers and manufacturing teams

Description:

• Lead engineering projects supporting the Miniature Circuit Breaker portfolio
  .
• Manage product changes such as new material selection, supplier transitions, and production line transfers.
• Work with component categories including sheet metal, molded plastics, stamped parts, and packaging
  .
• Develop and execute mechanical and electrical test plans for product validation.
• Ensure compliance with design guidelines, industry codes, and standards
  .
• Drive continuous improvement and enhance product performance and reliability
  .
