Project Engineer, Product Engineer

We're hiring a Project Engineer to support engineering projects for an established electrical product portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with experience in product development, manufacturing, or sustaining engineering who enjoys driving product improvements from concept through implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product changes, including material substitutions, supplier transitions, and production line transfers.
• Support design updates for components such as plastics, sheet metal, stamped parts, and packaging.
• Develop and execute mechanical and electrical test plans for product verification and validation.
• Partner with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on product performance, quality, and manufacturability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Background working with electromechanical products, manufacturing processes, or product development.
• Experience managing engineering changes, validation testing, and supplier interactions.

Compensation: Up to $91/hour
