What You Will Do:- Learn requirements capture and peer review for AMS cockpit avionics for CH-53K program
- Participate in decomposing and allocating requirements to appropriate domains within Collins Aerospace
- Support the creation of test procedures to verify requirements
- Participate in on-site execution of requirements-based testing, robustness and Ad-Hoc testing in a lab environment (schedule flexibility is necessary during formal test phases).
- Collaborate within an Agile-based development team of professional engineers
- The full experience of platform systems engineering activities from initial requirements capture all the way to supporting fielded products
- Effective use of systems engineering tools such as DOORs, JIRA, JAMA, and the ALM tools suite
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Basic experience with DOORS, JAMA, JIRA, and ALM tool suite
- Basic experience working within an aerospace related engineering development environment
- Basic experience or knowledge of engineering/technology requirements capture and configuration management tools
- Basic experience or an educational background covering requirements capture & definition, integration, verification & validation testing

Relocation Eligibility
The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD.
If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
