Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests. We are seeking a friendly and professional Valet Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for parking and retrieving guests’ vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
PrimaryDuties
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
- Explain parking procedures clearly to patients and guests.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles for guests.
- Display excellent public relations skills while providing information, giving directions, and providing wheelchair assistance, etc.
- Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and keys.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive and safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Previous valet or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong Commitment to patient care and teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, reliability, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Must be able to push and pull (on wheelchair) 100 to 350 pounds, frequently over considerable distance.
- Requires full range of motion.
