Responsibilities
  • The Wealth Advisor position is the backbone of the practice and an integral part of ensuring every aspect of the client experience exceeds expectations.
  • Build and establish new client relationships in addition to providing advisory services and support to current clients at the highest level.
  • Navigate hard/emotional client conversations in a solutions-focused manner and relate to clients through life and experience.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and develop a well-formed COI network to support business development.
  • Lead and present entire client meetings; prepare for meetings with the team; delegate service items and communicate next steps to the service team.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with technology, CRM and financial planning software, and stay current on new tools.
  • Proactively source new opportunities and build the client base; leverage opportunities from existing client book.
  • Mentor Associate Wealth Advisors, Client Service Associates, and the rest of the team; participate in internal meetings and KPI development.
  • Adhere to Compliance policies and procedures and maintain ongoing professional development.
What You Need
  • We require our team members to work a majority of their time in the office. Some travel may be required.
  • An existing and established book of business
  • Clean U-4 and U-5 history
  • Computer literacy and aptitude for learning new programs and processes
    • Knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), required
    • Knowledge of Financial Industry programs (Salesforce, Orion, eMoney, Money Guide), preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
  • A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to be present and on time for client meetings
  • Self-motivation and a desire for growth
  • Ability to take direction and a desire to support all team members
Preferred Education And Experience
  • 5+ years investment advisory experience
  • CFP or CFA preferred
  • Active Series 65 or 66 license
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field, preferred

The Total Rewards Expected For This Role Include
  • The base pay for this position across all US geographic markets “ranges” from $60,000.00/year to $/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
