Commission Specialist, Finance & Banking

Full‑Time Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM On‑Site

We are seeking a detail‑driven, motivated Commission Specialist to join our fast‑paced and collaborative Accounting team. If you thrive in an environment where accuracy matters and you enjoy solving problems that make a real impact, we’d love to meet you.

In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of commissions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Entering critical commission details into our commission system
• Recording and balancing daily cash receipts across multiple systems
• Setting up and maintaining Financial Professional profiles
• Reviewing, reconciling, and validating various reports
• Providing responsive, friendly support to Financial Professionals

We’re looking for someone who enjoys a mix of precision work and problem‑solving. Ideal experience includes:

• Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or banking
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
  , organization, and time management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with Xtiva Commission Systems and/or Paylocity is a plus
