Cedar Rapids Bank and Trust is seeking a dedicated Senior Wealth Administration Specialist to join its dynamic office in Cedar Rapids, IA.

The Senior Wealth Administration Specialist is responsible for supporting officers in the administration of trusts and other related financial matters. The role requires clerical, organizational, and communication skills to ensure the smooth delivery of wealth management services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support trust officers in the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring a high level of service accuracy

• Prepare and process trust-related documents, transactions, distributions, and reports in a timely manner

• Serve as point of contact for client inquiries, providing support on personal and financial matters

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all trust regulations, policies and legal requirements

• Coordinate account activities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and assist with account reviews

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred

• 2+ years of administrative assistance experience

• 2+ financial services or trust operations experience

• Banking and/or financial industry experience preferred
