Financial Analyst - Investment Reporting; Hybrid

Job Description Summary

This role is within the management reporting function within investment reporting. Performs accounting, financial reporting and analysis functions. Responsible for applying financial analysis knowledge and judgment to activities that are routinely performed, specifically for quarter‑end and budget/medium‑term plan reporting.

• Perform professional financial analysis work, which involves extracting financial data from various accounting and information systems, compiling, consolidating and appropriately analyzing the data.
• Analyze, test and verify the compiled information is correct and/or reasonable based upon accounting and financial analysis knowledge.
• Respond to requests received from management and other departments and troubleshoot problems using knowledge of information flow.
• Participate in monthly accounting processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Explain to others how analysis was produced and reported.
• Update financial reports and models for forecasting, trending and results analysis.
• Support client reporting needs including client performance and compensation.
• Assist with project work and serve as a member of divisional project teams.
• Ensure adherence to the company's framework of internal controls.
• Improve procedures and update documentation of reporting and planning processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Up to 2 years of experience with the degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced computer skills.

• Solid knowledge of accounting and financial areas, e.g., investments, insurance products, premiums.
• Background with Clearwater and Oracle tools.

Hybrid (Tuesday through Thursday in office). Fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with minimal to occasional travel.

Salary range: $53,000–$65,000 annually. The range is a good‑faith estimate; starting pay depends on qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation, and operational needs. The position is typically eligible for an annual bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan and individual performance, at the company’s discretion.
