Integrated Program Planning & Control (IPP&C) Manager – EV Cost Analyst
Location:
Cedar Rapids, IA – Onsite
Salary Range: $107,500 – $204,500 per year
Eligibility and RequirementsPosition requires a U.S. Person, defined as a lawful permanent resident, protected individual, U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or individual granted refugee or asylee status in the U.S. No security clearance is required.
Key Responsibilities- Provide effective financial administrative planning and control for large or challenging development programs.
- Develop Program Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for earned value (EV) and project management purposes.
- Establish a Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) and CWBS Dictionary.
- Perform analysis of program cost and schedule performance, identify trends, and provide information to the Project Leadership Team for corrective actions.
- Ensure proper implementation of EVMS through standardized processes and tools, conduct ongoing compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA, Joint Surveillance Process
