The Lead Financial Analyst will work directly with Investment Operations team members and other stakeholders to properly account and report activities related to private debt and private equity investments, including Asset Backed Finance, Middle Market Direct Lending, Opportunistic Credit, Infrastructure Credit, and Real Estate Credit. This role will partner closely with varying levels of leadership, operations, internal private equity analysts to drive accountability, improve transparency, and provide timely insights into investment performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the processes, documentation, data management, and fund manager communication required to execute transactions and administer assets post-close. This role will liaison with multiple stakeholders within Investment Reporting and external to build communications, operational processes, and reporting framework needed to support private credit investments. This role will work directly with internal Portfolio Management, Finance, Tax, technology, and reporting teams to ensure private credit deals are properly accounted for and reported from funding to exit.

• Liaison and work closely with the CIO office to understand current and future planned allocations, support asset transfer coordination, understand cash flow data provided, and proactively address questions and concerns raised
• As new fund managers are vetted, ensure Investment Reporting due diligence is successfully completed and requirements fully understood
• Liaison with CAS team to ensure CW reporting is available to support cash reallocation and proactively address any questions; ensure cash is moved timely between legal entities
