  Job Description Summary This management position is part of the US Information Reporting and Withholding Team within the Transamerica Corporate Finance Department which provides centralized services and support to the organization. This group focuses on establishing and maintaining organizational processes for US information return reporting and ensures Federal, State and Local income tax withholding is performed and remitted in accordance with Internal Revenue Code, State and Local regulatory agencies.

Job Description Responsibilities Manage activities of assigned team including supervisors and/or individual contributors. Adapt department plans to address resource and operational challenges. Operates mostly within their own function but participates in cross-functional initiatives. Understand and communicate directives from senior management. Review, analyze and interpret new IRS information reporting and withholding tax guidance (e.g., law, regulations, and rulings) and partner with designated lines of business to determine the impact of such guidance on their products and procedures. 

Monitor designated lines of businesses new products/transactions and ensure that they understand how the current Information Reporting & Withholding group rules should be applied.
