Transamerica is organized into three distinct businesses. These include
1) World Financial Group, including Transamerica Financial Advisors,
2) Protection Solutions and Savings & Investments, comprised of life insurance, annuities, employee benefits, retirement plans, and Transamerica Investment Solutions, and
3) Financial Assets, which includes legacy blocks of long term care, universal life, and variable and fixed annuities. Provide advanced financial analysis, performance management, and finance transformation support for the FP&A organization. Independently lead complex analyses and assigned work streams, delivering actionable insights across U.S. GAAP, statutory, capital, and management reporting while improving Finance processes, data quality, reporting automation, and analytical capabilities. Collaborate with FP&A, Actuarial, Capital Management, Investments, Technology, and business partners to execute Finance priorities. Apply modern finance platforms, AWS-based data solutions, Power BI, and other analytics tools to improve reporting efficiency, strengthen data governance, and support informed decision-making.

Analyze financial performance, trends, risks, and opportunities and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Develop forecasts, scenario analyses, management reporting, and performance metrics to support planning, resource allocation, and business decisions. Maintain effective financial controls, governance, documentation, and compliance processes; identify and resolve data or reporting issues. Identify and implement process, automation, and reporting improvements that increase accuracy, efficiency, consistency, and transparency.
