Are you passionate about helping individuals and families take their first steps toward recovery? Radix Recovery is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Admissions Representative to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients, families, and referral partners-providing guidance, support, and reassurance throughout the admissions process.
What You'll DoAs an Admissions Representative, you will:
Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry to program enrollment.
Conduct pre-admission assessments in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure appropriate care placement.
Provide compassionate guidance to clients and families, answering questions about treatment programs, insurance coverage, and policies.
Coordinate with insurance providers, referral partners, and outside agencies to support timely admissions.
Serve as a welcoming presence at the front desk, greeting visitors, answering calls, and assisting with client check-ins.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and handled with the utmost confidentiality.
Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless intake experience.
Maintain accurate records, generate admissions reports, and support a safe, professional workplace environment.
High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education a plus).
1+ year of work experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical office setting.
Customer service experience and strong communication skills.
Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance verification helpful.
Compassionate, empathetic approach to working with clients and families.
Ability to stay organized, follow up consistently, and maintain confidentiality.
