Bright Star Care - Up to $15.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide hygiene care including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting activities, feeding, linen changes and light housekeeping;
Prepare and administer meals according to client's diet;
Take and record vital signs, as well as height and weight if necessary;
Assist client in active and passive range of motion, document changes and report to nursing director;
Assist client in walking and transportation to appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping
