Admissions Specialist

Radix Recovery is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Admissions Representative to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients, families, and referral partners-providing guidance, support, and reassurance throughout the admissions process.

• Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry to program enrollment.
• Conduct pre‑admission assessments in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure appropriate care placement.
• Provide compassionate guidance to clients and families, answering questions about treatment programs, insurance coverage, and policies.
• Coordinate with insurance providers, referral partners, and outside agencies to support timely admissions.
• Serve as a welcoming presence at the front desk, greeting visitors, answering calls, and assisting with client check‑ins.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and handled with the utmost confidentiality.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless intake experience.
• Maintain accurate records, generate admissions reports, and support a safe, professional workplace environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent (post‑secondary education a plus).
• 1+ year of work experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical office setting.
• Customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance verification helpful.
• Compassionate, empathetic approach to working with clients and families.
• Ability to stay organized, follow up consistently, and maintain confidentiality.

Salary: $41000 - $60000 per year
