Job Title
CWP Immunizing Pharmacist - Vaccination Initiative
Location:
Cedar Rapids, IA
- Administer multiple immunizations (e.g., flu, shingles, COVID).
- Display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, and colleagues.

Monday‑Friday, 10am‑6pm. In‑person, patient‑facing role.
Education and Licenses Needed- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.
D. degree.
Full‑time employees receive benefits after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service.
