Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee the operations of our assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care for our residents while managing staff, budgets, and compliance with regulations. This role requires a compassionate leader with a strong background in senior care, memory care, and community management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and supervision to maintain a high standard of care.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
• Foster a positive environment that promotes resident well-being and engagement.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care services.
• Monitor budgetary performance and implement cost-effective measures while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and satisfaction to improve service delivery.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting related to resident care and facility operations.

-Call twice per week and every 5th weekend is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in assisted living, nursing home management, or home community care.
• Strong knowledge of memory care practices and senior care regulations.
• Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Compassionate approach to caregiving with a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in senior care management are advantageous.
