If you have a passion for creating unforgettable memories, love working with people, and are eager to grow your career in the hospitality and events industry, we would love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities- Member & Guest Services: Answer incoming phone calls and promptly respond to event, and food and beverage inquiries with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Event Coordination & Planning: Assist in planning and executing a wide variety of events, ranging from major annual member traditions to private non-member celebrations.
- Cross Departmental
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Food & Beverage, Culinary, Tennis, and Golf Operations teams to ensure seamless communication and flawless execution of all member and private events. - Social Media Management: Curate engaging content and manage our official Facebook and Instagram accounts to highlight club happenings, dining specials, and events.
- Marketing & Collateral: Design, print, and distribute eye‑catching marketing materials, signage, and flyers displayed throughout the clubhouse.
- Administrative Support: Provide general day‑to‑day administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations across the department.
- Education & Experience: High school diploma required; previous experience or coursework in Hospitality Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but a strong service‑first attitude and willingness to learn are our top priorities.
- High Social & Interpersonal
Skills:
Exceptional communication abilities with a natural talent for making members and guests feel welcome. - Hospitality Mindset: A genuine passion for serving others and helping create special, lasting memories for members and guests.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong typing skills and computer literacy, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), basic graphic design tools (such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for clubhouse flyers), and social media management platforms (like Meta Business Suite).
- Positive Attitude & Growth Potential: Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and interacting with new people every day, with a strong desire to learn, adapt, and excel within the hospitality and events industry.
- Schedule: Requires flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the club's active event and tournament calendar.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and occasionally lift or move up to 25-30 pounds (e.g., event signage, marketing collateral, or boxes of materials).
