Human Resources Representative

Midwest 3PL is seeking a skilled and motivated HR Professional to join our team full-time (40+ hours per week). This role is ideal for a mid-level HR professional who is eager to grow and develop their career within a dynamic organization.

The successful candidate will have an educational background in Human Resources. An HRIS certification is not required but is considered a plus. Strong computer skills are essential, along with experience working with teams—whether through coaching, collaboration, or team-based environments.

Midwest 3PL is a diverse company with employees ranging from labor roles to management, so the ability to work effectively with people at all levels is key. The role requires an understanding of employee benefits, workers’ compensation, and insurance claims, as well as the ability to lead and actively participate on management teams.

This position offers competitive pay starting at $55,000+, based on experience.
