The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting key human resources functions across the organization, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and colleague engagement.

This role partners closely with leaders across the enterprise to deliver strategic and operational HR support while fostering a positive colleague experience and maintaining alignment with organizational goals and culture.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including meeting with leaders to determine staffing needs, building candidate pipelines, sourcing talent, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and communicate annual staffing strategies and workforce planning initiatives to maintain acceptable time-to-fill metrics and support organizational growth.
  • Champion the organization’s employer brand and creatively source and evaluate candidates within the community by cultivating relationships with business leaders, colleges, universities, and professional organizations to enhance visibility and attract top talent.
  • Ensure proper candidate requisition, vetting, including background checks, reference checks, and employment eligibility verification through E-Verify and present employment offers and maintain equity in compensation.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive 30/60/90-day onboarding plans for new hires and internal transfers to support successful integration, role clarity, and early performance alignment.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics and ensure workforce and team responsibilities are completed accurately and consistently prior to employee start dates.
  • Build and implement core insurance, advisory, and professional development training programs and tools to support colleague engagement and learning effectiveness.
  • Maintain learning records and support compliance training completion.
  • Ensure alignment between colleague development initiatives and organizational integration efforts.
