Jaybird Senior Living is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to lead human capital functions including grievances, payroll, benefits, and leaves. You will partner with the Executive Team to drive HR strategy, ensure compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture.
You will advise leaders on relations and policy matters, investigate concerns, deliver trainings, manage HRIS and payroll, and handle recruiting with a focus on compliance and vendor relationships.
