You'll be joined at the hip with Josh Schmitt, a 6-year Account Executive who has completed 200+ searches, won the Pacesetter Award every single year he's been eligible, and was named Rookie of the Year when he started. This is a chance to learn executive search from someone who's already mastered it — working his desk directly and picking up the business by doing it, not just watching from the sidelines.

Your focus here is recruiting — finding great candidates and building real relationships with them. You won't be responsible for bringing in new business; that's Josh's side of the desk. But he'll bring you along for the whole ride, from the first client conversation to the final placement, so you're learning every part of how a top producer actually runs a search.

• Source and identify top talent for active searches
• Reach out to candidates and introduce them to new opportunities
• Evaluate candidates and screen for fit with client needs
• Partner directly with Josh across every stage of the search, learning the full process hands-on
• Build candidate presentations and support the hiring process end to end

• Recent grads or early-career professionals looking to build something real
