Northbrook Rehabilitation Center is actively hiring an HR Coordinator to support employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day human resources operations. The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting employees throughout the employee lifecycle while helping maintain accurate records and HR processes. As a HR Coordinator, confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail are essential to daily success.

Employment Type
- Full-Time Days (8AM - 4:30PM)
- Support hiring and onboarding as the Human Resources Coordinator
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
- Assist with employee relations and policy compliance
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and maintain HR documentation
- Support employee training and compliance initiatives
- Assist with day-to-day human resources operations and employee needs
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and personnel information
- HR or administrative experience preferred
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
