Principal Duties
- Install and maintain district technology infrastructure of Chromebooks, iPads, PCs, phones, Interactive Projectors, Whiteboards, peripherals
- AV equipment and any new technologies as they are introduced into the district.
- Document and maintain accurate database records for all equipment and services provided.
- Provide in-person direct support for district staff using technology.
- Provide support for projects of the division, including implementing new technology investigations and deployment.
- Assist in breaking down out of service equipment for in-house parts stock or disposal.
- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with building personnel.
- Assist in continuous technology training to end-users.
- Other duties as may be assigned.

- Requires attention to detail.
- Desire and aptitude to work with various technologies and equipment in a structured environment.
- Competency and experience in Windows and Google environments.
- Experience maintaining and replacing computer hardware components.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment under direct supervision.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Requires valid driver s license and ability to self-transport between district sites.
- GED or High School diploma required. Additional post-secondary education or training, and Employment Experience In Relevant IT Area Preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle and/or feel objects, tools or controls;
talk and hear. The employee frequently must squat, stoop or kneel, reach above the head and forward 0 to 24 inches and on occasion up to 36 inches. The employee continuously uses hand strength to grasp items. The employee will frequently bend or twist at the neck and trunk more than the average person while performing the duties of this job.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds 0 to 12 feet and occasionally up to 50 feet, such as computer-related equipment, desks, chairs, and boxes. The employee will sometimes push/pull items such as tables and carts. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus while working with computers, digital displays, written materials, reports, etc.
ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The position requires the commitment of professional working hours that may require the employee to extend beyond a typical 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. workday.
The employee will frequently work in different areas of the district and various parts of buildings including in/at desks, on or near the floor, in wiring closets, etc. The employee will traverse stairs, stand and sit frequently for extended periods of time and drive between sites. The employee will usually work in indoor temperatures but will work outdoors and transport equipment and supplies between sites.
