  • CC&B Requirement gathering
  • CC&B Process mapping & gap analysis
  • Convert business requirements into functional specifications
• CC&B Operational Reporting:
  Experience in CC&B reporting and data analysis
  • Hands‑on with reporting tools such as BI Publisher / OBIEE / Power BI
  • Build operational reports (billing, payments, collections) and MIS dashboards
• CC&B Functional Testing
  
  Experience:
  • Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on functional requirements
  • SIT and UAT testing, defect logging, tracking, and coordination with development teams
  • Data validation using SQL and validating batch jobs, billing outputs, and CC&B transactions
  • Good understanding of utilities domain with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and exposure to test management tools
• Utilities Domain Knowledge:
  Understanding of utility business processes including
  • Meter-to‑Cash lifecycle
  • Billing and collections operations

$130,000-$150,000 a year
