Sr Analyst; Onsite

What you will do:

• Work with servers, clients, networking, and firewalls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers and peers.
• Assist in escalating issues to resolution.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives (LEAN/ACE/CORE).
• Use technical knowledge to resolve service requests and restoration tickets.
• Implement technical solutions for assigned projects.
• Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 infrastructure teams.

What you will learn:

• University degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience or advanced degree.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience supporting technology in a professional environment; desktop support, server administration.
• Knowledge of Linux systems (preferred).
• Networking skills.
• Experience with compliance frameworks (NIST 800‑53).

• Technology certifications (systems administration, cloud, etc.).
• Security certifications (Sec+, CISSP, etc.).

USD 68,900 – 131,100 per year
