As a Trainer, you’ll lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as our staff. You will be the first point of contact for many of our staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and helping them in saving lives. You will be involved in the training process from instructional design to developing training materials and scenarios for delivery.
Outside the classroom, trainers work in teams to design workflow-based training content, collaborate with organizations to develop their training, and participate in projects to improve our software’s intuitiveness.

- Bachelor's degree or higher (any major)
- Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
- Proven academic and professional success
- Willingness to travel at least 6 times per year to customer locations
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
