** Role Summary
** We are seeking a high-impact Senior Data Analyst to support our enterprise Tech Debt Remediation Program. This role is critical to transforming fragmented infrastructure, application, and software data into clear, actionable insights that drive risk-based prioritization and executive decision-making.

The ideal candidate is not just a report builder—they are someone who can understand complex data relationships, identify gaps, and translate findings into meaningful actions that accelerate risk reduction and improve overall technology health.

* Key Responsibilities:

** Data Aggregation & Analysis Build and maintain a centralized dataset combining:o Business application so Servers and operating systemso Software inventory and lifecycle (EOL/EOS) o Ownership and organizational mapping

Reconcile and validate multiple data sources (e.g., CMDB, software inventory tools, Excel datasets, vulnerability data)
Risk & Prioritization Modeling Develop risk-based prioritization models to identify:o Internet-facing exposureo End-of-life (EOL) risko Attack surface concentration

Support tranche-based remediation planning aligned to enterprise risk reduction goals

Reporting & Visualization Design and maintain advanced Excel models and dashboard so Automated refresh and transformation (Power Query preferred) o Pivot-driven analysis by BU, LOB, Application, Owner, Criticality Enable clear drill downs from executive summaries to detailed datasets

Data Quality & Governance Identify and remediate data quality issues in enterprise systems (e.g., Service Now CMDB) o Missing ownershipo Incomplete CI relationship so Inconsistent classifications

Partner with application and infrastructure teams to improve data accuracy

Executive Reporting Support
• Translate technical data into clear, concise executive outputs
• Support reporting for senior stakeholders (CTO, CISO, Head of Infrastructure)
• Focus on clarity, accuracy, and actionability—no unnecessary noiseAI & Automation Enablement
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, analytics platforms) to:o Accelerate data processingo Identify patterns and anomalieso Enhance insight generation and reporting efficiency                                        
** Required Skills & Experience
**** Core Requirements***
* • Expert-level Excel skills (non-negotiable)
**** o Advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query/data transformation
**** o Ability to work with large, complex datasets***
* • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
**** o Ability to identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and root causes***
* • Proven experience in data modeling and interpretation, not just reporting***
* • Experience working with Service Now (especially CMDB)
**** o Understanding of configuration items (CIs), relationships, and lifecycle***
* • Familiarity with technology environments
**** o Applications, infrastructure, OS, and software lifecycle concepts (EOL/EOS)***
* • Experience supporting risk, compliance, or tech debt remediation programs
**** Differentiators:*
* • Experience with AI-enabled analytics tools (e.g., Copilot, Power BI, Python-based analysis)
• Familiarity with enterprise data integration challenges
