Experience level – 8
-10 yrs. of Service Now CMDB/Discovery experience
Mandatory and good to have the skillset:
- Mandatory – Service Now CMDB and Service Discovery/Cloud Discovery experience
- Good to have skills - Experience implementing and maintaining Service Now Discovery and Cloud Discovery. Should have hands-on experience with Discovery tools, Service watch, Service mapping in the CMDB. Create and maintain ATFs
Roles and responsibility:
- Experience implementing and maintaining Service Now Discovery and Cloud Discovery.
- Maintain CI class, attribute, and relationship properties for all CIs.
- Maintain data certifications and a CMDB health dashboard
- Perform day-to-day administration of the Service Now Service Mapping/Discovery tool, including mapping additional defined business services into the tool and updating discovery configurations for deeper network penetration.
