Responsibilities- Strategy & Business Impact: Define and execute an enterprise data & analytics strategy aligned to business priorities; partner with executive leadership; manage intake, prioritization, governance; deliver measurable outcomes.
- Enterprise Analytics: Own and maintain executive dashboards and KPIs; analyze performance; translate data into clear narratives for leadership.
- Customer Insights: Lead customer segmentation; develop lifetime value models; analyze behaviors; partner with Sales and Operations on Voice of Customer programs; drive retention and growth analytics.
- Data Products & Insights Delivery: Champion scalable self‑service analytics, design standards, data literacy; operationalize insights with predictive capabilities.
- Data Governance: Strengthen data governance practices, stewardship, quality, lineage, access controls; ensure trusted data sources.
- People Leadership & Talent Strategy: Lead high‑performing analytics organization; establish career paths; handle hiring, performance management, succession.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Math, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field. - Experience:
8+ years in data, analytics, or BI roles, incl. 5+ years leading teams or enterprise initiatives; experience defining and executing large‑scale strategies. - Experience partnering with senior business leaders and driving cross‑functional outcomes.
- Experience with modern BI and analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Working knowledge of SQL or equivalent.
- Knowledge of data architecture, pipelines, and analytics ecosystems.
- Strong business acumen; translate data into actionable insights.
- Prioritization and decision‑making skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Power BI, Qlik View, Tableau, etc.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting a plus.
- Accountability for delivering measurable business value from analytics investments.
- Ability to operate in fast‑paced, evolving environment while driving organizational change.
