QTS Data Centers in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking a Critical Operations Technician I to install, repair, and maintain IT, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing equipment inside and outside the building. You will monitor operations, run tests, analyze data, and assist customers on the Data Center floor, both in person and by phone.
The role requires onsite work 24x7x365, with ticketing, escalation to systems engineers, and adherence to safety and change-management procedures.
