QTS Data Centers in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking a Critical Operations Technician I to install, repair, and maintain IT, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing/piping systems inside and around the data center. This role supports a 24×7×365 environment on site.
You will monitor building systems, run tests, analyze data, manage tickets, assist customers on the floor, and coordinate with systems engineers for resolutions while following Change Management processes.
