QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Critical Operations Technician I to install, repair, and maintain IT, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing equipment across our data centers. This on-site role supports a 24x7x365 environment and requires day-to-day on-site presence.
You will monitor systems, perform routine tests, manage tickets, assist customers on the Data Center floor, and escalate issues to systems engineers for rapid resolution.
