Travel Requirements: Up to 25% travel may be required based on business needs, site support requirements, training, deployments, client meetings, or operational coverage.

The Data Center Logistics Safety Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating daily safety operations within client data center, warehouse, construction-adjacent, and deployment environments. This role functions as the dedicated safety point of contact, field-level safety leadership, and first level of safety escalation for all site logistics, construction-adjacent, and deployment activities.

The Safety Coordinator oversees hazard identification, pre-task safety planning, safety communication, incident and near-miss management, corrective action tracking, safety training reinforcement, and compliance with client and regulatory safety requirements. This role works closely with the DC Logistics Manager, site safety personnel, construction leadership, operations leadership, and client representatives to ensure all work is planned, communicated, and executed in alignment with established hazard controls, safety procedures, and site-specific requirements.

This role operates within an active data center construction and deployment environment. Employees may work in or around construction zones, loading docks, staging areas, equipment pathways, partially completed data halls, and areas with ongoing trade activity.
