Associate Attorney

Our law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience. As an Associate Attorney, you will assist in various legal matters with a particular focus on business, probate and real estate law. We are interested someone who is committed to practicing in Cedar Rapids and the surrounding areas. We do not have a billable hour mandate.

We all work very hard to help our clients within the time constraints of their work, but do not view billable hours as the be all, end all in determining who will be asked to become a partner. Our partnership track is typically much shorter when compared to other law firms in our area.

We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about the law and eager to learn from our experienced attorneys. The successful candidate must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the State of Iowa, although we are willing to work with a good candidate who needs to obtain their Iowa license.
