Site Coordinator

As a Job Site Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating materials necessary to complete specific contracted customer projects. In this role, you will coordinate and communicate with the customer, assure customer satisfaction, and deliver value‑added services on‑site.

• Become knowledgeable of the job site and key project aspects (needs, phases, specifications, processes, etc.).
• Receive and prepare products for delivery to the point of use.
• Maintain an adequate inventory level to meet customer needs.
• Assist in the search for new products and seek to improve vendor negotiations.
• Schedule product deliveries, determine product storage at the job site, and replenish on‑site inventory as needed.
• Enter customer orders and handle customer requests promptly.
• Prepare product returns and associated credit documents.

• Drivers must meet Crescent Electric Supply Company’s requirements to operate company vehicles as stated in the Driving Company Vehicles policy and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• For vehicles of 26,001+ lbs gross vehicle weight, a Commercial Driver’s License is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOT medical certification.
• Organizational and interpersonal skills, self‑starter attitude, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in computer skills and customer service.

Often standing, walking, and sitting. Most of the time the use of hands/fingers to handle, feel, or reach items is required. Occasionally climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling are needed. Most of the time lifting up to 100 pounds is required. Clear vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception are necessary. Work may exceed 40 hours per week.
