Job Summary

Responsible for the cash operations of ATM and Air Vac machines along with first line maintenance responsibilities.

Hours:

4-10 hour shifts (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday).

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide cash and courier services to ATM and Air Vac customers as required.
  • Perform courier functions such as cash replenishment, ATM and smart safe pulls, coin delivery, and deposits.
  • Perform basic first line maintenance functions such as clearing jams, rebooting machines, replenishing receipt paper, running diagnostics, software updates, and escalating issues to tech support.
  • Partner with the territory dispatcher to execute scheduled dispatch requests.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor or applicable Cash Depot staff members.
  • Communicate inventory and support requests to ensure timely task completion.
  • Perform administrative paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain department metric standards for efficiency, safety, first‑time fix rate, and other key performance indicators.
  • Assist other technicians and provide or participate in ride‑along training as needed.
  • Follow all security procedures and policies.
OTHER JOB DUTIES / EXPECTATIONS
  • Maintain a professional image, including vehicle appearance.
  • Maintain inventory standards as required.
  • Attend training as requested in Wisconsin and maintain technical competencies of ATMs and Air Products.
  • Identify and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Operate as a team player.
  • Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
  • Flexible work schedule that could include a four‑ or five‑day work week.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities)
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to be insured through the company’s risk insurer.
  • Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift.
  • Ability to work safely when lifting and performing position‑related tasks.
  • Experience in troubleshooting or electro‑mechanical work.
  • Ability to follow the expectations set forth in the Field Service Handbook.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with internal and external contacts.
  • Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi‑task, critical thinker, accurate, thorough, and a problem‑solver.
  • Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Key physical demands include:

  • Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 140 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 310 lbs. with lifting equipment.
  • Walking and standing for most of the shift, with occasional squatting, kneeling, or crawling.
  • Performing manual manipulation of loads up to 150 lbs. and occasionally over 150 lbs.
  • Ability to reach outward and above shoulder height.
  • Driving or operating a van for the majority of the shift (50%+).
  • Using lifting equipment, hand tools, iPad, cell phone, and other devices routinely.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position operates in a traveling capacity within a van or larger vehicle, exposing the employee to varying weather conditions across the territory. It also involves operation at customer locations (approx. 50% of the shift). The role typically requires the use of lifting equipment, hand tools, an iPad, a cell phone, and other devices.
