Warehouse Associate – Cedar Rapids, IA
We are looking for a highly energetic, result oriented, passionate, and hands‑on Warehouse Associate with a desire to join a growing team. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that the company has the proper amount of product required for the completion of respective projects. It is the incumbent’s responsibility to ensure that suppliers meet the company’s targets for quality, delivery, and total cost of acquisition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- The Warehouse Associate is responsible for completing shipments by processing and loading orders.
- Preparing orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area.
- Maintaining inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
- Maintaining quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat, and maintaining a clean shipping supply area. Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Completing reports by entering required information.
- Maintaining technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Dependability and high-quality standards.
- Primarily walking, standing, and bending for extended periods with some sitting.

- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required equipment as well as to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.
- Able to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 50 pounds.
