• Loads each truck with 100% accuracy by using BIDSS Pick Lists and pulling materials from inventory.
• Monitors security of warehouse and company vehicles by making sure all keys are out of vehicles and placed on corresponding hooks, and all doors are locked.
• Keeps building and building grounds clean and free of debris by emptying garbage cans, sweeping floors, stacking empty pallets next to the loading dock, and other cleaning responsibilities as assigned and as needed.
• Unloads and cleans out trucks by restocking materials not used, cleans out and disposes of any trash, sweeps the floor of the truck with a broom, and vacuums under blowers as needed. All returned materials must be documented on the load list. Makes sure each truck has ladders, broom, and shovel.
• Loaded materials must be stacked to accommodate easy and safe job site access to the insulation blower by field crews.
• General cleaning of bathrooms and general building maintenance which includes weeding, removal of debris, and general cleaning of outside property grounds.
• Performs light maintenance as needed and assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of construction business and 1 yr of warehouse procedures helpful, but not necessary.
• Ability to operate company forklift and maintain forklift certification.
• Ability to use good judgment and problem-solving skills while striving to work safely at all times.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to demonstrate a respectful and professional demeanor at all times.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and the ability to read, speak and write the English language.
