CBRE seeks a Facilities Manager in Cedar Rapids to lead a building-operations team onsite five days a week. You will oversee maintenance, budgeting, and vendor relations while ensuring safety/compliance across multiple sites in Iowa.
The role requires a background in facilities management and experience supervising staff, with travel to additional Iowa sites as needed. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years’ experience, a Bachelor's degree (FM certification preferred), and a valid driver's license.
