Senior Project Manager - Data Centre's

We are supporting the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre project in Cedar Rapids and are looking to appoint multiple Senior Project Managers to join the team. This is a high-profile, fast-paced build requiring strong leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of key project packages or phases, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will play a critical role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and driving performance across all stages of the project lifecycle.

• Lead the planning and execution of major project packages within the data centre build
• Manage contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders across the project
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and risk management processes
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards
• Drive progress on-site, resolving issues and maintaining delivery momentum
• Provide clear reporting and updates to senior leadership and project partners
• Support procurement strategies and contract management where required

• Strong background as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within construction or engineering
• Experience managing complex builds with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
